Amber Water Pros Utica-Rome

Chelsea came this morning to do the annual maintenance on my water softener & purification system. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you for always reminding me that it is time for maintenance and making it easy to schedule!

They did a great job from beginning to end. They were incredibly responsive and set up a free visit to test the water and to see where the system would go. During the visit, they went over the water results and explained how to best treat our water. The installers did good work, and the equipment runs well. I have no complaints, and highly recommend the Amber Water Pros.

When my mother's house ran out of water, I relied on Google reviews to find someone to fix it. Those reviews brought me to Amber Water Pros. Not only did Brendan come out and get her water running that day, but diagnosed a problem with the well water flow and offered a solution. Brendan thoroughly explained the issues so we understood the work he was recommending that needed to be done. Because of the work they did, AWP has improved the water pressure in her home and the quality of the water. Working with AWP was a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Showed up 9am had water before noon it was an excellent job

Brendan and Eric arrived on time and got right at it. They tested my old equipment and identified the problem. In 2 hours they removed my old dead pump and replaced it with a new one. After they got everything back in place they stayed around to make sure everything was working. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend Amber for your water problems. Needed a water softener, AWP was recommended to me and they have been so awesome! They came and installed the pump within 4 hours, taught me how to use it. It had started leaking and they came right over and fixed it promptly. Jim is so great too. Highly recommend!!!!

I was given the name of this company by a friend who had a well drilled by them. I had a water conditioning and a reverse osmosis system installed in April of 2021. I have nothing but good things to say about Amy who came out to the house and did a water sample to see what we needed, to the installer who was on time, courteous, and very professional. I had some difficulty (on my end) in scheduling and they were very nice and willing to work with me for my installation. I also recommended this company to a neighbor and look forward to working with them for a long time.
