Our Well Digging Process
Before drilling begins, a detailed site evaluation is conducted to determine the best location for your well. This includes assessing soil conditions, local geology, property layout, and accessibility.
We will obtain all necessary permits and execute our standard Well Drilling Contract, which details the rates and terms of our work. We then prepare the site, clearing obstacles and setting up equipment for a smooth drilling operation.
Using our premier drilling rigs, we drill the borehole to reach the water-bearing aquifer. Our advanced equipment and dual rotary drilling rigs allow us to handle hard soil and dense rock conditions efficiently. The drilling process is carefully monitored to maintain the integrity of the borehole and reach the optimal depth for water extraction.
Once the borehole is complete, the well installation proceeds by inserting a steel or PVC casing into the hole. The casing stabilizes the well walls and protects the water supply. The space between the casing and borehole is sealed with grout to prevent any contamination from seeping in.
The well is developed for improved water flow and clarity. This involves cleaning and removal of fine sediments and drilling debris from the aquifer zone around the well screen.
Next, a submersible pump is lowered into the well and submerged below the water level. This pump will then be connected to the water line and electrical system, ready to deliver water to your home or business.
