Amber Water Pros Plattsburgh

We had Amber Water Pros do our yearly maintenance on our conditioning system. They sent a nice young lady to the house who was prompt and well versed in her job.

Austin and Dylan were awesome more than we could have asked for. Explained everything well. Highly recommend these two.

Great experience. Quick response and work from the techs who came and replaced my failed well pump. The original pump, from another drill/well company, only lasted 7 years with very little use. Hopefully, this one lasts longer.

My Water softener was not working. They showed up on time and seemed to have resolved all the issues -- control head circuit board needed a power off / power on POPO reboot, and replaced a busted flow sensor, and remedied a bridged brine tank (they recommend using crystalline salt, and not pellet salt, because it has a lower likely hood of bridging). I am pleased with what they did today

The Amber drilling crew that did my job were top notch. I have been in excavation business since 1974. My regular driller retired last year. I would recommend Amber to anyone who needs a well or other water needs.

I wanted to wait a bit and test out the system that was installed and i can confidently say i am completely thrilled with it! Amber Water Pros was the only company that got back to me and followed up on helping me with my well water situation. Amy was the first person I met with and she is an absolute angel who will crack you up, her sense of humor and approachability made me feel super comfortable having her in my home it felt like we were old friends. She explained everything very clearly in a non intimidating way, and did not push anything extra that was not needed. I had a whole home filtration system installed and a reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink. The technicians that arrived were so sweet, also very knowledgeable and respected the space while working very diligently and efficiently. they finished earlier than expected and made sure that everything was neat before they left. They also explained everything i needed to know about using my water for the first time as well as the self cleaning cycle that would happen every three days. I highly recommend this company.
