Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had from any company. We had an emergency and they came right out and fixed it. And most importantly didn’t overcharge me.

We needed a new water pump. Amber Water Pros installed a DAB EsyBox Mini3 before I realized what it is, and how much it costs. The pump costs about double what a top of the line conventional pump costs. It also runs on about 50% of the juice a conventional pump uses. It provides constant pressure on demand... However, when the thing leaked I had major second thoughts about keeping this thing. But the folks at Amber were reasonable about making sure the leaks were repaired, and came down a bit on their price because of the misunderstanding. To follow up... the constant pressure pump is a real game changer. We have to push thru a whole house water filter. With the old pump the pressure would vary between 30 and 50 psi, and so would the flow. With the filter our washing machine would sometimes throw a low water pressure error code. The new pump pressure, set at a constant 50 PSI, makes it seem like we are in the big city. Constant flow showers are really nice.

I have to give credit to Amber, we had a well problem and they were very timely in coming out, kooking at the issue and scheduling a service call. They kept their times and kept their promises. Dylan and Austin were very conscientious and careful in their work. I also appreciate the fact that I did not get a hard sell out of them and they did when I asked them to do without a lot of drama. Most of the other well drillers I've taught with were a bunch of know-it-alls that couldn't schedule anything. Hats off to Dylan and Austin.

Very satisfied with the work done by the Amber Water Pros team Recent work involved evaluating my well and replacing a defective submersible pump. Amber determined that my low yield well was the cause of the pump failure so they acquired and installed a Well Manager™ storage system for me. Their flexibility to go with my recommendation, their dedication and communication throughout the project are very much appreciated! Excellent service

I wanted to reach out and let the Amber leadership team know what a great team they have! I had a issue with a frozen switch that was put in 7 months ago. Amy Williams was not only very responsive but was able to get her team over to our house the next morning due to the fact we didn't have any water and my wife was watching toddlers. It was a busy day for you guys, with the cold weather understandably so. Amy really made us feel like we were a priority and her field team got the situation remedied in record time. I usually don't write letters like this but my wife and I felt driven after our experience with Amy and her Amber team. Give her a Christmas ham for goodness sake !!!

Office personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. They responded quickly to any concerns we had. We did have a few issues with the initial electrical hookup and placement of the in well pump. Once those issues were addressed we have had no further problems.

Chris and his partner came out to help me with my well system and helped me understand way more than I ever knew about the treatment of the water. Gave me great advice on different products. They were great 100% will use this company again.

These guys are great. Well pump quit at 7:00PM on a Thursday. They came out first thing Friday morning, quickly diagnosed and repaired the system. They answered all my questions and made me feel better about the whole situation. Thank you!!!

My new residential well was scheduled to be installed very quickly after getting contract in place and the crew was incredibly professional and efficient with well maintained equipment. They were able to install a good well at a shallower depth than anticipated. Amber Water Pros were fast & efficient within the time frame when I first contacted them.i wrote to them on Saturday, on Monday I received a call from Amber. Their representative came on Tuesday & my well was drilled on Wednesday.Their prices are reasonable also, I had Grant Fritz from Honesdale Pa. come & look at my property for an installation of a well told me he would be back in 2 weeks to drill my well & he never showed. This is how Amber is efficient in the job that they do.

Amber Water Pros is a great company to work with. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable and helpful in answering the many questions I had. The team that performed the work were also very easy to work with and were clearly experts. They had great attitudes even though we encountered a few issues while drilling. Ultimately, they were able to develop a well for me that will ensure we have access to clean water at a great recovery rate. I also want to mention that while there are a lot of unknowns when doing a job like this, the estimate I was given was within a couple hundred dollars of the actual billed amount which I greatly appreciated.
